Pros

Low cost health Insurance offered

Cons

Paid monthly on the 31st. Management does not care about people. Job is low pay and you are paid MONTHLY. So, forget about being paid on time for Thanksgiving, Christmas etc.. becos pay date is on the 31st. 401k contribution is a measly 2.5% company match that is vested over 5yrs! Family owned business that is too successful to care about employees CEO - Brian Solano is young and entitled.. again to big to care

Thank you for your feedback, this motivates me to work harder to communicate to our team the details of our awesome benefits, including the 401k match program. CE Broker actually matches 25% of your contribution. Meaning they will contribute a quarter for every dollar you put in. The maximum match for the year is established at 2.5% of your annual compensation. Sorry for the confusion! Fidelity is a great resource to reach out to for retirement planning if you have any questions. In regards to budgeting to accommodate a monthly paycheck, I would be happy to sit down with any employee and brainstorm solutions to make the transition to this pay structure easier. - Bonnie Cobb

Pros

Innovative company always looking at new and better ways to do things. Company culture and team environment is a plus. Company values like "Live Balanced" and "Think Green"! Pay seems competitive for the area and benefits are more generous than i have seen elsewhere.

Cons

Not a flashy or "cool" industry, but the culture and values of the company make up for it!

Pros

interesting topics, variety of caller content, benefits are decent, big learning curve, two computer monitors, work/ life balance

Cons

micro-managed, very small office, phony "values" that are never implemented, stressful environment, no structured management, never know who is in charge or who to go to with issues, sink or swim mentality, a lot expected for little pay

Since the date of this review several positive changes have been implemented to correct the concerns addressed. Previously, our Support Center Manager was challenged to provide service to customers AND manage the team. Now, our current manager is able to devote her time to supporting our employees. We’ve also developed Team Lead positions which previously did not exist in the Support Center. This new structure gives our CE Experts multiple levels of support when needed. This year, a major focus is to infuse our values into every aspect of our business. Our values have always been important to us and now that our company is growing, it will be more important than ever that our team works together toward this goal.
