      - Aggressive mindset, CEO really wants us to be the best in the business with the best people - Great culture, strong training and leadership - Given tools to grow as a professional - Freedom to be creative and earn more responsibilities

      - Growing company, some growing pains - Pro and Con: Office is downtown in Seaport, depends on how attractive that is to the individual - 2016-17 growing pains, which have led to a great end 2017-18

      Most Important: What you say matters. You're not just a number here. Your input will be respected & your efforts will be rewarded. I came here to learn & grow, professionally, and so far, I have. - Great Leadership & culture - New CEO & Sales Director focused on helping us succeed and always reachable - Competitive pay - Opportunities to grow & learn - Feels & operates like a "2018" company, if you know what I mean by that - Work close with marketing - Gorgeous area (Seaport Boston)- especially in the summer - Easy commute for some. I come in from Westwood area, 20ish minute commute via commuter rail

      Cons

      - No free diet coke - Some growing pains in 2017, but 2018 has been great so far and looking even more promising.

      I love working for small startups, especially ones that treat you like you matter, and take care of you. Boston Logic has been like my extended family, and now that we are private equity backed, and have a fantastic CEO at the helm, I forsee the future to be bright at Boston Logic

      Like with any small company, there are always growing pains. The answers are not always apparent, but upper management is always available to assist in any way they can
