Pros
Because this is a small company, you are expected to "wear a lot of hats", and as a result you get to gain experience in a large variety of things. Free group breakfasts on Fridays (people take turns buying & get reimbursed), a foosball table, free beer at monthly company meeting, a percentage of your standard health & dental benefits are paid by the company, and "equity" in the company is an option. It's in an area of the South End that has a large variety of good restaurant options within walking distance (however the neighborhood is a little scary at night). Luckily there are also a firehouse and a police station on the same block.
Cons
The company lacks a clear management structure and has no real business plan for growth. Employees are expected to work far over 40 hours every week, with no paid overtime. The office is only cleaned 1x per week and it is not sanitary.
