Pros

There's always an opportunity to grow your skill set. I've worked on a variety of different projects which have allowed me to refine my design techniques and remain creative. The Dev team is also insanely cooperative and has really helped me achieve my goals in learning more advanced front end development.

Cons

Our current platform makes it difficult to work remotely unless you take the time to get set up. Parking can be annoying some times if you drive.

Cons

The team is growing quickly so the office is a little bit crammed. Happy problem to have.

Great culture, the office environment is friendly and inclusive. The company itself is growing so there's a lot of room for movement and mobility.

Cons

Nothing to note so far. The location of the office could be slightly closer to the T but it's not a bad commute.
