      Pros

      Extremely intelligent and talented collection of people throughout the company that work together seamlessly to deliver a slick product (Sequoia) to clients. Great work hard/play hard environment that allows co-workers to form strong relationships with one another.

      Cons

      Tough commute for me personally as the office is deep in the South End. Room to improve product to keep up with current standards and practices of the real estate industry.

      I Love This Place

      Pros

      - The culture at Boston Logic is phenomenal. Everyone gets along great and the President and Sales Director go above and beyond to make sure everyone is taken care of. - The company pays for trips and food way more than other companies. - Honest and transparent culture all the way from the top of the food chain down.

      Cons

      - There isn't enough protein in the refrigerator.
