The physicians will provide the most positive experience. Most of them will essentially view you as their apprentice and will attempt to impart their knowledge onto you.
Cons
The company itself is easily the worst I have ever worked for. You will get paid pennies, be expected to perform work that would normally require a huge amount of experience in the medical field with ONE WEEK of training over online courses that really have almost nothing to do with the environment you'll be working in, and you will probably get abused by the nursing staff. On top of this ProScribe has 0 respect for your personal life and will schedule your shifts whenever it pleases. Do you want to work dayshifts? Too bad your working nights. Have classes? Too bad you're scheduled at those time slots even if you told us in advance. On top of this if you try to quit before a full year of employment they will charge you 500 dollars in "training fees" using "legal action" if you don't comply. I know it's tempting but this is a trash company. If you want to get experience in an ER please apply yourself and show the hospital itself that you should be employed there so you don't have to work for a trash company like ProScribe.
