Pros

I have seen an evolution in the company over time. I would not have given a 4-star review a few years ago due to growing pains and toxic management culture. However, they have grown to become a top-notch company and are consistently making efforts to improve the employee experience while adapting to a volatile healthcare environment.

Cons

Minimal career advancement growth in corporate roles.
