Good if you want to go to medical school. Can establish connections with doctors.

Cons

Otherwise the pay is trash. Job can be easy if you have a chill clinic and get used to it, or can be stressful in a high throughput clinic or hospital, or if the doctor you work with is not friendly. Also will be exposed to some gross stuff you'll never be able to forget.

training is paid and you get to work as a scribe if you pass their requirements

Cons

bad management - they would not respond to any emails towards the end of my training and kept bombarding me with texts low pay - its not the best paying job and I'd rather pursue other routes in healthcare with better companies unreliable - I just couldn't trust this to be a company that would help me grow...I'm glad things didn't work out because it's like a several month commitment (which can also be found on their site). Nothing was organized and it was all over the place
