Super flexible and helpful with your schedule. Everyone is more than willing to help you out.

Cons

8 shift requirement rather than hours. It's difficult to meet a minimal shift requirement at times.

-Gaining a tremendous amount of experience working alongside with the doctor -Learn new medical terminology and medications -Fast paced environment -Able to have down time -Flaexible hours, works around your schedule -Management listens really well to your concerns

Cons

-Pay isn't as high as high as expected -There is no raise after working a certain amount of hours -Communication is lacking between scribes and management
