Pros

At least in South TX management is really solid. Good clinical coordinators (Joseph was always fair and understanding). And all the ER docs are excellent, learned a lot from working with them.

Cons

- Pay is low ($10.50 for me) but I think most people it's an entry level job to get experience - Onboarding was unnecessarily delayed
