Pros

If you're looking to witness what not to do in corporate management, this is a case study.

Cons

This company is one of the most dysfunctional organizations I’ve ever encountered. Leadership operates more like a social club than a professional workplace — decisions are made based on personal relationships rather than merit or business needs. Nepotism runs deep, with roles being “eliminated” only to be quietly refilled by friends of senior leadership. There is a staggering lack of structure and professionalism. Communication is inconsistent, disjointed, and often leaves teams in the dark. Employees are frequently left without clear direction, and accountability is non-existent. At times, employees weren’t paid on time. Leadership seemed out of touch with U.S. employment standards, making decisions that reflected a lack of understanding of local laws and norms, particularly when direction was coming from overseas. There was also an aggressive push for relocation to Florida, often with no strategic reasoning. Overall, it felt like a toxic mix of chaos, incompetence, and favoritism. If you value ethical leadership, transparent communication, and basic operational stability, this is not the place.
