They don’t have good health care insurance

Depends on the department on how your experience will be. HR is all over the place. There is favoritism, job pressure, and if management does not like you then you will have a hard time continuing to work. Management is passive aggressive, they will smile to your face, but then talk behind your back. Benefits are more expensive compared to other companies. You have to accrue PTO and nothing rolls over the following year. Job pressure will impact when you can take PTO and your mental health. Unless you are the manager or work off of commission, there is no bonus. Pay is not competitive with the market.
