Pros

ProService has been a great place to work. I have enjoyed the fact that it is fast paced, challenging environment, and there always seems to be new opportunities to learn. I have great co-workers who are also very hard working and willing to help out. Location and flexibility are also a plus.

Cons

Fast paced environment and high expectations are not for everyone.

Leadership training opportunities, a nonstop series of training and development opportunities to learn and grow as a leader. Best practices employer, always changing and trying to be better. You will be challenged and should be ready to thrive off of that if you are going to succeed here. Be ready to work hard. There is so much to do and learn.

Cons

Not a place for people who are unwilling to look inward, confront and work on improving their weaknesses, and develop as a person.

I have come to appreciate our mission statement and core values (look them up at Proservice.com). Basically, Proservice Hawaii exists to empower Hawaii Businesses to succeed. We do HR Services very well, which frees up our clients to focus on their business and do what they are passionate about. It's all about service and building up our State's economy for future generations.

Cons

We are a growing company which is exciting to be a part of, but with growth also comes the 'growing pains' of keeping up with the work load and maintaining the amount of staff to keep up with that growth.
