Pros

The only nice thing about this company is that it's in Hawaii and is surrounded by a beautiful ocean. Everything else about it is ugly!!!

Cons

I have never in my life been so ashamed to share who my employer is whenever work comes up in a conversation. I still find it hard to wrap my head around the insanely horrific work culture and the incredibly disastrous team of leadership that exists at proservice HI. Everything about this company is fake! The fake aloha culture they say they're all about, The fake growth they dangle in front of your face. The fake business improvement plans that just feel like busy work to keep the managers and leadership team looking important when they're all actually directionless and doesn't have a clue about what works and what doesn't. The fake and snobby team leads and some cross functional teams who never really want to help. This is truly a company with selfish bottom lines down to the person sitting in the cubicle next to you. I always thought Hawaii as such a beautiful place with even more beautiful and kind people but after working with a company such as proservice and interacted with a lot of locals, my perspective shifted completely! I felt 100% bullied by the local coworkers for my lack of knowledge about some very niche Hawaiian things or even how I can't say some of the Hawaiin names correctly. I know this is an isolated experience but I can't help but feel so so so scarred by my experience working for this company. Please do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost because the pay and the benefits aren't good anywaysss! It's not worth your mental health! RUN FAST!
