      Pros

      ProService constantly evaluates itself to make sure they are doing what is right for their clients and their employees. There's a core set of values that the instill in all the employees and expect them to deliver on. The company asks a lot of you and in return they give a lot back to you.

      Cons

      As mentioned above, a lot is asked of you, so the company isn't for everyone. Individuals go through a rigorous hiring process, so there are a lot of talented individuals at the company and they expect new people coming in to be just as talented.

      Pros

      Great employees make for a great work place. They hire good people that strive for great teamwork and customer service. We do work hard and we are rewarded for the hard work as a company. This company strives to improve for our clients and employees. They encourage employee's to grow and learn.

      Cons

      If you aren't able to handle the stress and fast pace, this isn't the place for you. The company focuses more on the new employees to try to get them to stay and not so for the tenured employees. There is blatant favoritism by some managers.

      Every aspect of the company culture is immediately apparent. From the interview, through the orientation and training, the company values are integrated in every way possible. Each employee seems to share the same passion for the company and their goals.

      Cons

      If you don't enjoy measuring your success and giving and accepting feedback you probably wouldn't thrive her.
