      Pros

      The culture, management, the people are the big pros. I love what I do because of the people I work with. Lots of room for growth and development. Hard work does not go unnoticed. The people here, including your managers, really care about you on a personal level - PSH is an advocate for mental health which is huge.

      Pros

      Collaborative, inclusive, uncomfortable (yes, that's a good thing), focused, energizing. Culture Walkers! I've been with ProService Hawaii for 5+ years. At the beginning I wasn't sure if I was the right fit here. Within 6 months I knew it was not just where I wanted to be, but where I needed to be. ProService has pushed me to grow professionally and personally. Allowing me to recognize the growth value in being uncomfortable. With that I've taken on more than I thought existed, learn more than I thought I could (I guess I didn't really know everything), grow in ways I would have never imaged. It's not a walk in the park by any means. We're here to take action, not talk about it.

      I get to work with rock stars. The culture is strong and the leadership vision is motivating.

      Cons

      We have had some hard times in the past year based on pandemic activities, but we are rebounding.
