Opportunities to gain experience in new roles and work with different client sites to get exposure.
Cons
Management is all over the place. Nobody ever can give a direct answer. Leadership is just questionable as they can never provide legit information. And their timing on passing information to employees is HORRIBLE! They will wait till they before to give you a laundry list of things that must be done. And talk about hurry up and wait....they are worse than the military in passing information.
