Pros

Great b2b sales experience. Ups your stock for opportunities within the sales industry. Nice culture.

Cons

Required to work for 9 hours when you're only paid for 8. High turn over. Majority of the 30+ sales reps have been there for less than a year. Saturated territories. Big accounts named to the senior reps. Unrealistic quotas.

Great place to get your feet wet, don't expect any advancement

Pros

This is a reputable company that is determined to exceed their customer's expectations. Recognition is given to employees who go above and beyond, though the pay is not commensurate. The overall culture is one of competition, fun, and friends.

Cons

The pay is low and the opportunity for advancement is non-existent. While the culture is great for the most part, the cliques and politics of the organization are very apparent. Rumors and gossip spread like wildfire. High turnover due to the aforementioned issues.
