Pros
The SF HQ is a great location, and the benefits are competitive.
Cons
Over the past year there has been a lot of turnover, including at the executive level, and attempts to improve workplace moral and culture have been purely superficial. Management has little loyalty to their employees, which is returned with little enthusiasm for the company or product. The CEO said it best when asked what they'd do to stop employees from leaving, "nothing." Rows of desks are empty from people who have left, and the majority of the workforce avoids being in the office as much as possible.
