      Pros

      Most of the people in the office are amazing. Everyone wants to have a good time both at work and after.

      Cons

      Management always seems like they don't know what they are doing but keep trying to change stuff to fix problems that aren't really there.

      Great place until the board realized you can't have peer to peer company funded by wallstreet

      Pros

      The base was incredibly low but the ability to make commission was great.

      Cons

      Base was low which added a ton of unneeded stress. Also, the company as a whole is a Peer to Peer lending company, yet 99% of the money we were using to fund loans came from wall street. As soon as wall street pulled money we no longer had money to fund people. Due to this it didn't matter if we grew the business, there was nothing to fund with.

      Great place to be a software engineer

      Pros

      The company is growing fast but is taking a lot of care to grow the right way. Within engineering there is a lot of focus on using the right tools. The product is very interesting and has a lot of development opportunities. The leadership is very open and honest about decisions.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is that application traffic is going to be significantly lower than most large consumer tech applications. This is more a function of the business.
