      I love the environment. I highly respect Leadership. I'm working with the best and the brightest, and I'm constantly impressed and inspired. I feel like I'm part of something very special.

      Cons

      We could use more space because we are growing so fast! I don't have any cons beyond that.

      1. Benefits 2. My leader Mike Bordelay stuck out andwas awesome and the only reason I stuck it out as long as I could 3. Every one acts very nice at first until problems come up and the younger agents are full of issues and just start drama. 4. The interview process was one of the best I have been through 5.       1. The company is all about budget and saving money and that's all the ceo ever talked to us about. 2. The tools and systems are so outdated here its almost impossible to get things done. technical issues every day , cant log in. 3. Agents are very underpaid compared to other jobs in Arizona and this job is difficult due to having to always stick up for the company when customers are mad 4. Customers think its a scam because our marketing team send scam like material and wont change it. I gave this feedback to so many people including some of the top company leaders when they did roundtables 5. When we were hired they told us it was a great story because we were bringing workers back from vendors in house and then the ceo and his leader tell us that they dont have faith in us so they are hiring at the vendor again, Maybe if we had the right tools and training we could be great at our jobs. 6. Training is all over the place and doesnt even prepare you for most of the issues
