Pros

Medical benefit is ok. Other than that I think very hard for any pros.

Cons

My team is just show off. No real analytical work. I worked in other places before. There used to be in-depth work. Here is just a show off.

Pros

Remote Work. Some employees care and want to make a difference.

Cons

Executive Management is awful. They have been employed by Prosper too long. They don't care about employees, they don't take accountability, so much finger pointing and they create a work culture that is toxic and retaliatory.

Thank you for sharing your perspective and we're concerned to hear that you don't feel Executive Management cares about employees. While we have had to pause our 401k matching and wellness reimbursement the last two years due to financial constraints, we are happy to announce that both will be reinstated on Jan 1, 2026. During this time we have also continued to offer $0 healthcare premiums for employees and covered a significant portion of dependent healthcare. Additionally, we offer competitive base salaries and a hybrid work schedule for our SF and PHX based employees - only needing to be in the office 2 days per week. We offer events throughout the year to foster relationships both in-person and virtual. That said, we know the above doesn't fix everything and we do take your concerns regarding blame and retaliation seriously. We want to promote a culture of accountability at all levels, including executives and are working to address instances where that has felt like finger-pointing. The last couple of years had their challenges, but that is never an excuse for that type of behavior. We're happy to report that 2025 has seen double-digit growth as a result of everyone's focus.
