      Pros

      The flexibility of working from home. Okay benefits, snacks and internet reimbursement.

      Cons

      Witnessed a manager who’s been there for 10 years laid off. What a turn off. Can’t feel your job is secure in this company always laying people off. I’ve witnessed some of these peoples hard work and contribution to the success of the company just to be let go like trash. This company can be an awesome company with the exception of job security. If you’re a job hopper this company is for you.

      Pros

      Prosper is an employee-first company. The leadership team does a great job at balancing the needs of the business and keeping in mind the impact on employees. The overall teams are hard, smart, driven, and fun people to work with. I have to shout out my Operations team and my HR Team. Those individuals have grown into friends and family. We learned how to excel together, grow as an organization together, and support each other. I can't say enough about those two teams.

      Cons

      Change happens at a moment's notice. You have to be flexible and understanding. That can be a struggle for some individuals. It can also impact the receiving of clear consistent messaging. Communication on the fly is a challenge in any organization. Some groups at Prosper are better at it than others but at the core, we try to communicate as much as possible. My ONLY feedback. Other than that GREAT PLACE TO WORK.
