      Killing Mobile Engineers

      good snacks, better location, great benefits for people coming from IN

      Mobile engineers are forced to work on Java API, Web technologies like HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Angular and wordpress (Yes it is correct). From last 3 months company cannot find a project for us. When asked to Directors/VP we always get a same answer like "it's in the pipeline", "there is lot more work coming for you". No place for skilled mobile (Android as well as iOS) developers, engineering management is trying to keep all upper executives happy.

      C-Level are very good at making root level employees fool. Their skills should be recognized and appriciated

      Cons

      * Double Standards * Different promotion rules for each individuals based on which GANG you belong to * No appreciation at all * Engineering is in a mess. All the recent 5 star reviews are written by VP/Directors to make CPO happy * New engineers thrown under the bus without any on-boarding process * Mobile engineers working on Web Technologies. Their skills and strengths are been killed. * Release process is so confusing that there is a hotfix pushed twice a day * Yearly increment is in $, not in %.
