Pros

Benefits are good. Perks are ok

Cons

Management is lacking training, incentive and bonus plans are changed monthly. It is far from a sales driven workplace and top performers are not recognized nor paid what they are worth. Quality Assurance is ruining a great morale and workplace as they want you to be perfect on every call by the book but not be scripted and ensure you are doing everything "compliant" to there so called regulations. I have worked in many banks and financial institutions and it seems as if Prosper is overboard on QA.

I wanted to write this review because I truly believe in Prosper and its leadership. Here are a few reasons why.. - Opportunity to work for a market leader in Fintech - Ample growth opportunities - Strong, friendly leadership. C-level is incredibly down to earth and approachable - Incredibly smart, driven, fun colleagues - Our product is truly changing people's lives for the better - High performance standards - Great work/life balance

Cons

- Hyper-growth is causing growing pains in some departments - Beautiful office but space is limited

poor management

Pros

great office space, fully stocked kitchen with tons of healthy snacks, pool table, some extremely talented and hard-working people, competitive benefits and pay.

Cons

poor management, people are often hired from outside to fill management roles (sometimes regardless of qualifications), CEO and HR are constantly telling employees not to write bad reviews on glass door (whoops!) and to come to them with any issues but in my experience that has never resulted in any positive outcome, management over-works their employees and sets unrealistic deadlines.
