Pros

A dynamic company where you can see your ideas and solutions take flight in a matter of weeks. Management is on an aggressive growth path with a clear mission statement of improving customer experience as a means to improve efficiency and facilitate growth.

Cons

As the company expands rapidly and modifies/changes/improves the technology platform, some may find the rapid change uncomfortable. Those who embrace new ideas and an improving/expanding dynamic environment will find the experience rewarding.

Pros

Good location- Good office - Good benefits - flexible work hours -Writable walls -downtown office-401k match - Good health benefits

Cons

Executives/leaders could care less about employee retention. Can't seem to rally employees around whatever direction the company is heading. Significantly underpays employees compared to market. Promotions are made out of necessity rather than merit, due to extremely high attrition rate. Very limited opportunities for advancement and/or career growth. Great work is expected but never rewarded and hardly acknowledged; Senior leaders take all the credit. Makes undeliverable and unrealistic promises. HR is non existant and ineffective. Executives talk the talk but no action is taken to change the culture around - the overall mindset from management is "if you don't like it here or dont have anything nice to say, don't let the door hit you on your way out". Lacks creativity, stability, structure, vision, strategy and values. Runs more like a bank than an actual "FinTech"
