      Pros

      - Excellent Location in the heart of the financial district; - It's a start up with potential (only 2 key players that has gone through the SEC regulations); Lending Club and Prosper - Some true individuals that are not pretentious

      Cons

      - Majority (not all) of management are clueless. - Top Heavy as another review had mentioned - Career growth? Forget about it unless you know how to suck up or below to "the click" - The pay is ok; but the benefits are less than par; they'll try to make it up by granting more options but the true fact is the shares are so diluted; it's not accounting for anything. - Don't get suckered with options; demand for RSUs that way when you leave

      BillGuard/Prosper Daily no longer exists, but when it did, it had: - High level of transparency - Very high level of engineering - Pragmatic engineering culture

      Cons

      Honestly can't think of any. Offices could be nicer :)
