Pros

Great place to start as part-time if you want to get your career started into a more professional and business minded path!

Cons

The training system could use some major work, but with the passion to give great customer service and great co-works to help you learn along the way it gets easier!

Pros

Decent 401K match and stock purchase, co-workers, bank holidays, insurance ok-expensive if you have a family.

Cons

Outdated technology, no employee incentives, employees pay for their own Christmas party through a payroll deferral, understaffed, first year 2 days vacation if you begin after Jan 1st, which is unheard of and and creates burnout, upper management is cheap.
