Can learn a lot depending on which location you're at. Great for entry level as this is a small bank.

Cons

Everything is manual and old fashioned, technologically not as advanced as the bigger banks. Management can be corrupt, at certain locations.

Act nice at first, have benefits, get in and get out job

Cons

Liars, act like they will help you get somewhere then make up a reason to fire you so they can bring in other people from other Banks, honestly don't work here... There are way better companies out there.
