      Offers end of year bonuses and yearly raise.

      Cons

      division of departments made it feel like we weren't a team. Hard to advance unless you are male.

      Great part time job if you're a college student.

      Cons

      Supervisors don't supervise. Seniority only counts when the supervisors need to fall back on it. Favorites are quickly selected. Software systems are not great, which makes the customers suffer. Overall, HR practices for this company are awful. Transfers to other departments are very difficult to get approved.
