Pros

Relaxed atmosphere, always learning, always busy, praise/recognition is apparent, #1 bank in the country says FORBES, quickly expanding... TEN paid government holidays a year! Mr Zalman emails the employees company-wide, forwarding letters of praise from customers.

Cons

customers are not informed as to the bank's potential, they're stuck in their old banks' ways

Pros

The people are truly nice to you. It's not as aggressive as most bigger banks. You get to speak with people from Texas/Oklahoma, unlike other banks.

Cons

Training was bumpy. A little disorganized but I can understand with all of the merging...
