Pros

Prosperity is the best bank I have been at so far. And by that I mean, compared to other banks. I worked at Wells Fargo before and working here is a million times better. No sales, if you have any then awesome, if you don't then that's awesome too. All they care about is giving awesomely great service, and that is what I want my bank to be about. The hours are great and pay is not too bad. The employees are extremely open and welcoming, and the customers are really easy to please.

Cons

I am 20, and their 401K plan is not offered to anyone under 21. Their benefits are a bit hard to understand, and their programs are extremely old-school, there's a lot of paperwork involved in working here.
