Pros

1 hour Lunch Break Leave By 5 Most Days Technically Have Access to Overtime

Cons

1. Unreasonable work demands and expectations 2. Bipolar bosses 3. Lowest wages for industry position 4. Do the work of 4 departments without compensation or recognition 5. Every operations manager, especially in the back office, is territorial about staff 6. You are a number on a spreadsheet not a person 7. You are treated as second class citizens if you aren't in management or from Oklahoma 8. Benefits are a joke and Training doesn't properly inform you about your accesses 9. Taking a sick day is treated with "unofficial" disciplinary action 10. You are never praised by department managers and are always the scapegoat if something goes wrong; whether you are at fault or not 11. Degrades and rejects your previous experience in order to hire at the cheapest wage 12. No real training, everything is outdated and limited in scope/development/facilitation 13. Employee treatment and care is reflected in the excessively high turnover rate for back office departments, including the Training Department

Pros

Gives opportunity to young people trying to break in the industry. Beware however.

Cons

Constantly low balls new employees reason being, the company is cheap. (Like most) this can also be seen with the old software and branches falling apart because of the neglect. No formal training and when trying to use the few back office resources, you give back short answers if they even acknowledge it at all. And then they wanna whine and cry when you make a mistake.
