Pros

- great bank to start with if it's your first time working at a bank - great work environment - sick time and vacation time are separate. - they don't put too much pressure on their employees

Cons

- the pay is very low compared to other banks - not much room for career advancement - "It's not what you do, it's who you know" if you want to advance or do well at this bank

Pros

Community Bank working environment - it's easy to get things done to take care of clients; collaborative; stable industry with great job security; respectful and secure work environment; upward mobility; good work/life balance; good reputation in the community

Cons

Until recently, there wasn't enough managerial attention paid to our retail staff in the banking centers. That has completely changed in the last year though. Much better now.
