Pros

Flexible schedule, Monday - Friday, the people are nice and it's a fairly relaxed atmosphere.

Cons

Management is oblivious to the needs of the employees on the floor, the pay is the lowest compared to other banks, unless you're a favorite or work under the few managers who care about their employees. The bank is "efficient", it's really just cheap when it comes to pay/fixing issues around the office etc. The bank has no real incentive program, the one in place is based on a team effort in which you have to reach 3 out of 4 impossible metrics.

Pros

Great co-workers and work environment; low pay for the industry.

Cons

No sense of urgency regarding customer service; doesn't value employees; CFO is overly frugal except for executive travel and meals.
