Pros

Easy to get your foot in the door as a teller, lender or analyst as well as in many of the various support centers due to a fair amount of turnover. Above average 401k matching (they match 50% of your contribution up to 15% of salary).

Cons

Below average pay and benefits. Not much room for advancement or growth. Lack of consistency in culture and management due to numerous acquisitions in recent years.

Pros

Benefits. Vacation. 401k. There really isn't much if you just wan a job and not a career this is your place!

Cons

Management is a hit or miss. Current manager never knows anything, has to call other managers to get an answer to things that they should already know. Logs and procedures are always changing, so don't get comfortable. Training is practically non existent, you are at the mercy of whoever your trainer is. Cycle continues because then the new people might become trainers and if they weren't trained properly you are just passing down bad habits from other people. People are constantly being promoted to positions that they are not ready for. When it comes to meetings current manager does not relate the information at all probably does not pay attention at managers meetings. Management does not care to hear about work related problems or discipline employees who misbehave.
