      Wish I did not leave

      Pros

      The company has gone through a tough time when the last management team decided to leave. However, they came back so much stronger and better!! I was afraid during the last changes that the company would not stand for its values, and now I wish I did not leave. The benefits were great, the admin staff is always there to listen, and they always strive for the better. I did not feel like a small fish in a big pond, my opinion mattered.

      Cons

      None that I can think of now. I think given the changes that happened, they could have trusted the work force to stand by the company, and not listen to all the rumors.

      Review of ProSync Technology

      Pros

      Family oriented, even though most people work off site on a contract the company keeps you informed and has quarterly meetings. ProSync also has morale boosting events, especially a wonderful Holiday Party each year that is very special. The company also gives employees shares in the company.

      Cons

      Since you are on contract, they are at the mercy of what jobs are available at any given time.
