      Pros

      401 K match, training allocations, technology fund, and awesome All Hands meetings that were actually really fun ans festive! CEO, IT, Finance and HR staff were very supportive.

      Cons

      Operations leadership and Program Managers were really, really awful when I worked there. Heard it's much much better now (since the CEO fired all the weak links and made the company employee owned.).

      Employee well-being is our number one focus. As you stated, we have a fantastic benefits program to meet the needs of our employees and their families. Mike has placed great leadership in the corporate office and has a solid team around him to take us to the next level! Of course, as employee-owned we are all in this together! Thank you for the advice, we are proactively engaging our ProSync'ers right where they sit and ensure we do more listening than talking.

      Pros

      I worked at the company for about a year, most people don't last much longer than that. While there the atmosphere was always easy going and nothing was rushed making the work very easy and not stressful at all.

      Cons

      While the contracting world is very volatile and funding comes and goes, nothing excuses the company's CEO from being absent as 18 of his employees receive word that they will have to locate new jobs without any notice. For one week employees were left in limbo wondering if they were going to be allowed back into work and then without notice were all informed funding was not coming. During this time period, the CEO never sent out one email and was not present to provide his condolences.

      Thank you for taking the time to post your thoughts. This was an extremely difficult time for everyone and your situation was very tough and it definitely left some "bruises". I know, because I had to deliver the message to the team. I am sorry our CEO wasn't available as he was literally across the country and I was asked to manage this on his behalf. The intent was to ensure we carefully cared for each employee and ensure they found a new home, whether here or somewhere else.

      Pros

      Solid culture and cross-communication at all levels. A leadership team that puts people before profit. And an employee owned company!

      Cons

      Our logo isn't on top of the building yet.

      Thank you for your thoughts and words of encouragement. We strive to ensure our ProSync'ers are not left as an island to themselves. YOU are important and vital to our success! As far as our company sign on the building, we are working on that and looking for the Spring/Summer of 2018 to light up a new sign facing Rt. 100! Keep an eye out for it!
