      Pros

      A lot of resources for projects.

      Cons

      Little to no upward movement if in a division that doesn’t make up a lot of the company’s revenue.

      Pros

      Strong in the internal audit space. Ability for younger career professionals to progress faster than if you were in a larger professional services firm.

      Cons

      Highly risk adverse. Same leadership team since the beginning, which doesn't lead to innovative ideas. Not as inclusive as they claim.

      Pros

      - Work life balance is fine for the most part - The people you work with are great - Fairly transparent leadership

      Cons

      - Pay is on the low end of the spectrum - After 6 months of asking for different work and work that is more engaging, I'm still working on the same projects - Staffing model is very confusing and not effective - Senior managers and above tend to finger point lower level employees. - No transparency into the bonus payouts (you just get provided a funding percentage with no other metrics)
