      Multitude of different work options. Numerous opportunities to expedite promotions Travel Opportunities Exposure to large companies

      20% do 80% of the work Lack of ownership of work Sides with the client rather than the employees Salary / hours worked is comparable to working at a retail store.

      Pros

      Company works with great clients to support their internal audit issues and needs. Focus on FI clients but work with gambit of NYC companies too.

      Cons

      Lack of development of Junior Staff. My experience in working with them is that they lack core skills that are typically developed in their first year if they worked at big 4 firms.

      Great work-life balance compared to the Big4. Working with top clients in industry. Management is easily accessible.

      Cons

      Constant travel, rarely (if ever) at Protiviti offices, hard to build peer relationships within the company when working on loan-staff type projects
