      Great Learning Experience, lots of internal audit work

      -Great exposure to various industries and clients -Good mentoring program -Opportunity to take leadership roles

      Cons

      -Lots of driving (2-3 hours a day), clients are mostly in San Jose area -In the IAFA practice, most of the work is SOX Compliance work -Salary below industry average (thus high turnover after the Senior Consultant level)

      Pros

      Lots of growth opportunities in many industries and solutions. Projects are often short (less than a year) giving one lots of opportunities to try out many options.

      Cons

      Exponential amount of responsibilities as one advances in position. Opportunities tend to vary from office to office with the smaller offices having less variety in projects and solutions available.
