      Pros

      - Great work life balance - Probably the best group of people I have ever worked with - Empower you to take on more difficult tasks if you take initiative - Opportunity to travel (though it may not always be the nicest locations, you get some good places) - Gives you a chance to be a part of a large firm that is still growing, so you can contribute to its success and not just be a bystander - Salary is very fair

      Cons

      - Most of the cons are just due to the nature of consulting (excessive travel, skin-deep on most processes, etc.) and not an issue with Protiviti itself - Benefits need to be updated drastically

      Pros

      Great place to learn business processes, SOX compliance, and internal audit. Firm is very professional and provides good guidance for consultants.

      Cons

      Sometimes, you are expected to work longer hours (depends on what clients you are assigned to). However, if you want to gain experience, you just need to put in your time.
