      Pros

      Meet ton of cool people and somewhat ability to move around try new roles. Go in with the mindset of advancing your career and get certified while there if you can. Also network like your next job depends on it because it does.

      Cons

      Pay wasn't great in some situations where you are put under a ton of stress. I understand why there is a great deal of turnover. Network into better roles if you like the company.

      Protiviti is a Robert Half subsidiary. It is a good company to work for with great benefits especially for expecting parents.

      Cons

      The pay could be higher and no clear pathway for growth. You could be promoted with no pay increase just more responsibilities

      Great benefits and pay also great environment you feel like you are being heard as an employee and not just a number.

      Cons

      Don’t expect to stay virtual if you are contracted initially for virtual also there could be a better training program.
