      Pros

      - exceptional career growth opportunity, if you are personally driven - the quality of the people you work with (strong mix of internally grown and externally recruited) position Protiviti well in the market with it's clients, but also prove to provide for an enjoyable and rewarding work environment - access to leadership

      Cons

      - balancing travel expectations (industry issue) - internal operations/tools have struggled to keep up with growth of the firm which can occassionally result in some unnecessary admin burdens

      Pros

      The people and culture - Everyone knows you by your name and the MDs and Executive MDs take the time to listen to your ideas, opinions and career aspirations. There is a real sense of being more that just an employee, the firm goes out of it's way to ensure that you are plugged in and on-board with the strategy of the company.

      Cons

      Expense reports are a manual process. Yes, you heard me correctly. You mail in receipts twice a month.
