      Pros

      Solid work culture and environment.

      Cons

      Compensation is below market and Top Performers have been significantly impacted with ICP changes announced a few days ago. Management cannot seem to provide answers to questions around these changes and most high performers essentially took pay cuts in excess of 40K.

      Incredible Culture and Clients

      Pros

      I've loved my time at Protiviti. It allowed me to stay in client service and continue to learn without the ridiculous hours of public accounting. Tons of growth opportunities and very happy with my decision to come here. I've worked with incredible well-known clients and all the experienced hires are very talented.

      Cons

      The org structure is a little bit chaotic. There are tons of leads across the firm between the solutions, industries, regions, and initiatives. All in all it's very confusing.

      Deadlines and very low pay

      Pros

      Hybrid work and a good work life balance. Leads were super friendly and work was pretty easy

      Cons

      Very low hourly pay. Deadlines and daily metrics are pushed heavily. Very little growth in the analyst role. They make it pretty much impossible to transfer to the Pro side of Protiviti where the opportunity, pay and growth is way more.
