      Pros

      Consultants and Senior Consultants are generally good people.

      Cons

      Managers and Senior Managers are just self serving individuals using whoever it takes at whatever cost it takes to make it to Director. I've been told mandatory overtime and eat lunch at your desk. It makes for a very stressful situation. Pay is also not on par with the experience people bring. Promotions are not based on who is most qualified but on who is most liked. Heed this warning if you are considering applying to this company.

      Pros

      1. Great level of freedom to learn. 2. Trust and Responsibility is not a function of experience but your performance. 3. Excellent opportunities provided if results are delivered. 4. Opportunity to work across industries and across various functions i.e. no restrictions in this regard. 5. Great Visibility - good work done at any level of hierarchy can be acknowledged even by an MD.

      Cons

      1. Growth and Pay are not in sync with the work. 2. Employee satisfaction is not on the priority list for managers 3. No work-life balance - But this is more of a function of the consulting industry in itself.
