Quick hiring process. Lots of people with quality expertise internally.

Cons

Low pay. High unconscious racial bias. The culture is non existent. Very aggressive leadership with no provided training. Accept a job here and be ready to run around like a chicken with a head cut off.

Pros

Great culture, highly ethical CEO and senior leadership team—especially in their Chicago office. Very approachable colleagues who are willing to help. Fantastic employee networking groups. A firm that is really making diversity, equity and inclusion part of their DNA.

Cons

Salary is not competitive—especially after working for them for a few years. The only way to get a decent yearly pay increase is to get promoted. Even then, the HR department is secretive about pay bands and the internal pay review and ranking process. This firm is also in an aggressive growth spurt over the past 1 - 2 years. Some of their segment lead hires over the past year are changing the company culture—and not in a good way.
