Amazing support from my leadership and the best teammates I could ask for. Love working with the people. The work is great, and I've found ways to manage my work/life balance here in a way that makes me really happy in and outside work. I've also been given opportunities to take on leadership roles at every level, and feel I'm outgrowing others in the industry at my age/level.

Cons

You do have to take responsibility for driving your career and finding the opportunities you want to take on. If you say yes to everything you could spend a lot of time wandering. If you do this well then it's incredibly rewarding and the work gets really interesting very quickly.

-Great salary and benefits package -Work/life balance, you won't work more than 40-50 hours a week -everyone is extremely nice and understanding, you can take mental health and sick days

Cons

-work is horribly boring -no involvement with project team -switching from projects every few weeks -no collaboration or communication with team -not responsive if you want to switch solutions
