As with any network of people, you will find folks to bond with - unfortunately it's not good things here

Cons

Delusional, trying to recreate the wheel constantly. Mental illness is par for the chores, the inmates literally run the asylum. The president who is the only grounded fella in control doesn't know the truth.

there are some nice people to work alongside and you at least get some money every 2 weeks.

Cons

zero communication, inadequate training, no room for career advancement, experience not valued, one of the owners talks about politics too much.
