Friendly environment amongst employees Promote from within if they feel there is someone who can fill a role properly Somewhat decent pay 13$-15$/hr starting out but most tech companies pay 15$-17$/hr
Cons
They do not support their employees no matter how good you are. If the client does not want you for whatever reason, they will get rid of you immediately. If u give 2 weeks notice, they will most likely let you go on the spot The recruiters are terrible at communicating They will try to pay you as little as possible There is no room for mistakes, they will not ask questions or investigate, just get rid of you. Ot doesn't matter your experience, they will lowball your pay if they can
